My board doesn't show up when I press Connect
Use a USB cable that carries data (some only charge). If the board still isn't in Chrome's list: hold BOOT, tap RESET, release BOOT, then press Connect again. Use desktop Chrome, Edge or Opera. Set up a board →
My screen shows nothing, or an old design
Screens update over Wi-Fi, so check the screen is online under My screens (it says when it was last seen). After editing a design, press Publish. To update or reinstall a screen's firmware: Install firmware →
My dashboard says the device is offline
The device needs the Wi-Fi name and password, and the device token from its dashboard, in the sketch. Open the Serial Monitor at 115200 baud to see what it says. Cheat sheet has an “it doesn't work” list.
I lost my programs or designs
Programs and designs made while signed in are kept on your account — sign in on the other computer. Ones made without an account stay in the browser they were made in.
I can't sign in
Use Email me a code: we send a 6-digit code that works for 10 minutes. Check your spam folder, and that the address is spelled the same way you signed up with. Google sign-in works with the same address.
